Ole Miss has the top ranked transfer portal class of 2024, but is Lane Kiffin the real portal king? Yes, the Rebels have added a nice combination of quantity (18 commits) and quality, but the Ohio State Buckeyes boast the best portal class pound for pound and it's not close. The Buckeyes only added six players, but DB Caleb Downs and RB Quinshon Judkins were two of the top players available. Ohio State found a solid quarterback for the present in Will Howard, and a stud for the future in Julian Sayin.

Hosts Alex Donno and Kenton Gibbs break down the top transfer portal classes and wonder if some teams over-recruited. Donno questions all the turnover at Colorado. Deion Sanders brought in 35 newcomers since December. Gibbs argues that the Buffaloes did a better job than people realize, since they addressed their needs in the trenches. Poor DL and OL play cost the Buffs in most of their losses last season. Does bringing in tons of turnover hurt locker room chemistry? How can that be mitigated?

The NCAA continues to face lawsuits for alleged antitrust violations. Florida, New York, and the District of Columbia have joined Tennessee and Virginia in their recent antitrust suit. They argue that the NCAA should not be able to regulate a player from negotiating an NIL deal with third parties before they commit to that school.
