The cops have closed the roads, but that doesn't stop an Outlaw. Some out of towners have come in with their bought cars to challenge the built cars. Who will come out of top?

Added to the normal chaos, because the roads were closed by Police, the tow trucks aren't able to get onto the highway, so if a driver crashes, they'll have to stay there and hope they don't get nailed by the traffic.
