A supervisor who was working on the site, the day the building in Victoria Street crashed to the ground, briefly spoke to the media this morning, 8 May 2024. Moses Malala said they heard a loud noise and a rumble. He was one of 10 workers who were rescued on the day of the disaster. Moses is now back on site, with minor injuries, helping with the rescue operation.
