America has a new Grandmaster! In this video, I analyze the epic game between IM Hans Niemann and GM Sebastien Maze played in Round 9 of the 2020 Sunway Sitges chess tournament. Hans won in crushing fashion from the white side of a Nimzo Indian Defense. With this victory, Hans secured just enough points to boost his live rating over 2500, the final requirement to secure the Grandmaster Title. He already earned the necessary 3 GM norms and his title will be approved by FIDE in the near future.
