Do you have oatmeal and apples? I eat this for breakfast and lose 5kg in a week!

Recipes and ingredients:
Recipe 1
1 cup oatmeal.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
2 apples.
250 ml water.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
Avocado oil.

Recipe 2
2 bananas.
120 g oat flakes.
1 tablespoon sweetener.
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon.
1/4 tsp. Salt.
50g nuts.
50 g cranberries.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.

Recipe 3
300 g oat flakes.
1 tablespoon baking powder.
2 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
3 tablespoons sweetener.
3 apples.
50ml water.
100g nuts.
Mold 22 cm (9 inches).
30 g cranberries.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 45 minutes.

Recipe 4
1 cup oatmeal.
1 zucchini.
1 teaspoon salt.
100g mozzarella.
2 eggs.
Parsley.
Avocado oil.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for 30 minutes.
Yogurt.
Salt and pepper.
Parsley.
1 clove of garlic.
Olive oil.
