Ingredients for the Recipe
4 eggplants.
olive oil ( 50ml ).
salt.

for filling
beef ribeye (700 grams).
1 onion.
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil ( 30 ml ).
2 green peppers.
1 red pepper.
3 eggplants.
1 potato.
2 tomatoes.
1 tablespoon of tomato paste (60 grams).
1 teaspoon of black pepper.
1 tsp mint.
1 teaspoon of thyme.
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
cheddar cheese (100 grams).

For the above
2 tomatoes.
3 green peppers.

1st cooking time: 200 °C in the oven, 20 minutes.
2nd cooking time: in the oven at 200 °C, 15 minutes.
