You'll need
4 sheets phyllo dough
For the sauce;
1 egg
125 ml milk
125 ml mineral water
125 ml oil
4 tablespoons plain yogurt
100 g melted butter
2 teaspoons baking powder
For the filling;
4-5 potatoes
1 teaspoon dried mint
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
For the top;
1 egg
1 tablespoon plain yogurt;
