Dorothy Connor is still grieving for her son, a University of Vermont freshman who died of hypothermia last year. Surveillance cameras caught his final moments in subzero temperatures. He was wearing neither a hat nor gloves. Dorothy now shares her son’s story at schools, in the hopes that others may avoid her son’s fate.
