I got the recipe for this delicious, healthy and beautiful salad from a well-known nutritionist! It contains many nutrients, micro and macronutrients and has few calories, which allows you to lose weight quickly and effectively.

Recipe:
Quinoa - 100 g
Cucumbers
tomatoes
paprika
Coriander or parsley
Fresh mint
Quail eggs
For the dressing:
lime
olive oil
Salt
pepper

Cover the quinoa with water in a ratio of 1 to 2, add salt and bring to the boil. Stir occasionally and cook for 15 minutes, then allow to cool.
Cut the cucumbers into small cubes and put them in a bowl.
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add them to the bowl.
Cut the peppers into small cubes and add to the salad.
Chop the coriander finely and add to the salad.
Pluck the mint leaves, chop finely and add to the salad.
Boil the quail eggs for 5-7 minutes, drain the water and let the eggs cool.
For the dressing, mix lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Add the cooled quinoa to the salad.
Dress the salad and mix well.
Place on a plate and garnish with halved quail eggs and mint leaves.
