This Hadith tells us how important the heart and good intentions are. No matter how many good deeds we have done, but if there are ever ill feelings in our heart and if we are not careful of what our heart says, we would never know the final results of our actions.

It is Allah who judges us, it is Him who we are trying to please with our actions so we have to always make sure that our hearts are true to the intention of "Lillahitaala". For Allah SWT.
