You wouldn't normamly associate Falmouth and the Helford Estuary with Coasteering in Cornwall. But in my quest to coasteer the whole of Cornwall's coastline, I set about exploring this section of coast. This is one section of Cornwall in which the coasteering is very discontinuous, lacking the steep, epic cliffs that make Cornwall so good for coasteering in other areas.

To make the explore more of a challenge, I decided to tackle this long section of coastline, from the top of the Lizard Peninsula, into Falmouth town, in one, massive section. I had never attempted any coasteering route this long. All in all it was going to be about 13km, or 8 miles.

Tune in to find out whether I made it and what adventures I found on the way! There's the usual mix of adventure, wild swimming, cliff jumping, scrambling, and even some sea caves. Along the way, I discovered numerous, beautiful, hard-to-reach beaches that even most locals never visit.
