So for those who don’t know, PopRocks is a SiriusXM channel that plays pop-rock songs of the 90s and early 2000s. This session with Hozier aired back in April, I believe, but I don’t think many fans have heard it. (It’s still on the app for subscribers with the songs included!)

He’s talked a lot over the years about his blues and soul influences that were long before his time, but I think this is the first time he really talked about the contemporary music that influenced him as a kid. Since the 90s are still my decade, (hi old) this is really exciting to me! And also, I just love getting to know a little more about what makes up his musical DNA lol
