Jade Empire was released in 2005 by Bioware. It tells the story of a spirit monk trying to right a wrong committed 20 years ago by the emperor of his land.

Originally Jade Empire was meant to have a sequel and development on a sequel did start but unfortunately the project was scrapped. I live in hope that one day Jade Empire 2 will be resurrected.
