AVoIPoE Gets into Gear at KitPlus for our Esports Live Broadcast
Visitors to the Kit Plus exhibition at London’s Kia Oval on November 1st will have an opportunity to get hands-on with the latest networked AV technology and test their racing driving skills in a dedicated AVoIPoE showcase area. AVoIPoE combines the benefits of Audio and Video over Internet Protocol technology with Power over Ethernet, allowing the creation of networked AV / IT systems that can be powered, controlled, monitored, and managed over a network.
For this final AVoIPoE event of 2023, technology consultancy, Broadtek has partnered with E-Sports Scotland and Challenger Mode to host an e-sports motor racing hot lap competition on a fully branded simulation rig.
“As well as grabbing attention and engaging KitPlus attendees, this e-sports competition is a fantastic showcase for how easy it is to create flexible, immersive, ultra-low latency AVoIPoE systems for all kinds of different applications,” explains AVoIPoE evangelist and Broadtek founder, Siya Fakher. “Visitors will be able to see equipment from many different manufacturers being put through its paces in a live scenario and they can quiz our experts on ways to implement AVoIPoE design thinking in their own workflows.”
The AVoIPoE showcase at KitPlus has been created with support from Artura.io, Bird Dog, Glensound, Hikvision, Panasonic Connect, Thinlabs, Netgear, SY Electronics and Vestel.
