This is what typical Japanese babies eat. It was surprising to find out that they don't just eat applesauce from what I was originally told. These are the Japanese baby meals we prepare for our less than 1 year old Japanese baby. He started eating baby food from when he was 5 months old and it started with rice porridge and ever since then the meals have been getting more intricate.
