My project name is Student Advisor Chatbot which helps people to recommend various programming courses to people who are willing to do courses on various platforms like edx,
coursera etc. It not only recommends courses but also answers basic queries of people.Like queries related to account creation, financial aid, changing password, various programs. Not only that when it can also detect typos and can process and answer it correctly. As humans it is common for us to
make typos so it would be a shame if the chatbot could not process typos and answer the required queries. Moreover it can deal short queries like course recommendation, professional certificates etc. It can understand the main theme of what the person is trying to ask. The most useful thing
of it is it answer maximum of the simple queries and redirects the complex ones which requires
human intellect for the human agents to handle. This greatly helps to reduce the boreness of
answering the same question by human agents and removing their pressure at work.
So this is my final project Student Advisor Chatbot
