ingredients:
400 g of minced meat (beef)
oil
an onion
2 cloves garlic
a small red pepper
a grated carrot
20 cl of tomato coulis
parsley
salt, pepper, paprika, thyme
1 kg 200 steamed potatoes
5 tablespoons of crème fraîche
3 eggs
Mozzarella
Cheddar
bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees traditional heat
