I think a lot of the time we procrastinate by hiding behind our phones or other devices. Later, I feel kind of gross and unproductive. Reconnecting with nature is beneficial and helps your well-being. This is your sign to go on a walk, go to the park, go hiking, travel, etc. As for motivation, never depend on it; depend on your plan. This is something I am working on, and I hope you are too! I love you guys so much, and I will try to post more!
