Molded lentil pilaf - Persian lentil pilaf
Lentils 1 cup
Wash and cook lentils with some water, salt and cinnamon
Fry a large onion with a little oil or butter
One piece of chopped chicken breast is about 350 grams
Chopped garlic 3-4 cloves
Turmeric, salt and black pepper to taste
Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
Raisins ½ cup
Because raisins burn quickly, stir for 1 minute and remove from heat
Yogurt 3-4 spoons
Ground saffron or soaked saffron
Gulab 2-3 tbsp. food
1 small egg
oil 3-4 tbsp
Half of 3 cups of half-cooked rice
In a non-stick pot with a diameter of 20-22 cm, add 3 tablespoons of oil
Pour a third of the rice mixture
Pour all the chicken mixture
Pour another third of the rice
Compress the layers
Pour all the lentils and sprinkle some cinnamon on it
Pour the last part of the rice mixture
Pour the white rice
Pour a third of a glass of water
for 3-4 minutes on high heat and 30 minutes on low heat
