The iPhone 14 Pro is one heck of a sexy piece of kit (ooosh - dynamic island 😍), so sexy that it's just so tempting - a few minutes into a work session - to reach across the desk, and to feel that curvy body in your hands. Within a second, it's unlocked (with just a glancing look), and suddenly you're tapping the silky screen, swiping faster and faster until, a minute or two later (occasionally longer...) you're feeling the unbeatable high of... well, usually a cat leaping away from a cucumber.

But I've worked hard since getting my iPhone 14 Pro (about two months ago) to build a setup that actually multiplies the number of things I can do with my time, rather than sapping my already limited 16ish waking hours a day 🙌 My iPhone now makes me happy, helps me stay in shape, keeps me focused while I work, and teaches me all kinds of crazy things, all in a morning's work.
