I made this cake from scratch with only a handful of ingredients, this Vanilla Cake with fruit jam drizzled is the perfect dessert for any occasion. It’s so light, fluffy, easy to make and so delicious!

💥 Fruit Jam Cake Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Sugar (100g)
pinch of Salt
100ml Vegetable Oil
2/3 cup Plain Yogurt (150g)
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract (8g)
1 1/2 cups Flour (220g)
2 teaspoons Baking Powder (8g)
Fruit Jam (Strawberry, Raspberry, Blueberry, Apricot jam)

Bake in preheated oven at 360F (180C) for 30 minutes
