This is a quick fix for the 2015-2017 Mustang bumper sag / broken tabs. The tabs break if the bumper is flexed in a weird way or if its cold they can just break on you. Its very annoying and ugly, this method allows you to tuck the bumper back up with one zip tie and no functionality of the clips are lost. It is not the proper fix, but it is a good way to make the car look right again for cheap / free.
In my experience this has held up well, I've drove thousands of mile since doing it with 0 issue. I have also hit a raccoon that cracked my bumper and radiator but the zip tie mod was unaffected and did not break, it also did not damage the tab on the bumper.
