In this YouTube video, I will be demonstrating the dissimilarities between continuous lights and flash. Many people have heard that continuous lights flash, but which one do I have? Join me as I explain the disparities and why you might actually want to have both options.

Working with continuous light has its advantages, as it allows you to see exactly what is happening and what you are doing. There's no need to set up the light and hope for the right exposure or power level with a flash. However, continuous lights have less power compared to flash.

To showcase the practicality of both lighting options, I will first set up a scenario with Megan in a natural light look. Then, I will create a dark and moody vibe by overpowering the existing light and shooting with my Canon R7 and RF 50mm 1.8 lens
