Module 4: Manage Workplace Mental Health Issues

This course provides an overview of managing psychological health issues at work. Participants learn about the most common mental health disorders, how they impact work function, and how to identify signs that an employee is struggling. They also come away with practical, evidence-based strategies, with a focus on responding to a distressed employee, and managing workplace absences and accommodations.
