The cornerstones of learning English involve reading, writing, listening, speaking, and building vocabulary. As an English learner you will also study some grammar along the way.

In this particular English lesson I'll talk a little bit about why writing is both cool and important when it comes to studying English.

Of all of the areas you can study, writing certainly can be challenging and frustrating, but it can also help you power through any plateaus you have reached in your English learning. Writing improves your speaking and your ability to express yourself in English. Of all the ways you can get ready for an English conversation, writing just may be one of the best.

It helps you form ideas, thoughts, and sentences at your own pace, and it allows you to make the corrections you need before anyone sees it.
