The pallet live storage system is a high-density storage system ideal for storing products of the same type pallets. This solution is appropriate for warehouses where both stock turnover control and space saving are critical. This compact structure incorporates slightly inclined roller beds on which unit loads slide.

There are two types of live storage systems for pallets:

Gravity Fed Pallet Live: Ideal storage for FIFO (First In, First Out) systems and in cases where stock turnover control is important. The rack has a load area (highest) and an unload area on the opposite end of the roller beds.

Push Back: Ideal storage for LIFO (Last In, First Out) systems and in cases where the amount of SKUs prevails over the volume of each SKU (limited number of pallets deep). The rack has only one load/unload area.

On the other hand, the carton flow live storage system is a high-density system for storing cartons or light products, recommended where both stock turnover control and space saving are critical. Unit loads slide on slightly inclined wheel carriers on different lane levels. Wheel carriers can be easily adapted in the cross aisle direction to accommodate different unit loads.
