Can I beat Pokémon Y using only Pokémon with the ability Prankster and hardcore nuzlocke rules???

Rules:
1) Can only catch the first encounter on each route that has the ability prankster (species and duplicate clauses in effect, legendary/mythical Pokémon are banned)
2) Fainted Pokémon must be released or permanently boxed
3) Nickname every Pokémon
4) No leveling past the next gym leader/E4 Member's ace (BEFORE the START of the battle)
5) No items in battle (Held items are permitted)
6) Battle mode must be on "Set"
