It can be hard to find true transformation when we are still living with guilt. Not just the feeling of guilt, but the consequences that have not only affected us but the people that we love. The truth of the Gospel is that we do not have to live with that guilt because Jesus has already paid the price. We can choose guilt or, through Jesus and what he did on the cross for us, we can choose grace. “But now God has shown us a way to be made right with him without keeping the requirements of the law ... We are made right with God by placing our faith in Jesus Christ. And this is true for everyone who believes, no matter who we are” (Romans 3:21-22).
