Upon rewatches many Office fans tend to find the audience surrogate couple Jim and Pam to be, well, annoying. What was once seen as a cute love story between office coworkers is now seen as not only annoying, but hard to watch without seeing Jim as a bully and Pam as wishy washy.

Are these criticisms deserved? And why, just why does this couple seem to get on everyone’s nerves?
