In this this episode, Stan and Rhonda spend their last few days in Copper Harbor, Michigan seeking out things to do that are FREE. Copper Harbor is a huge mountain biking town with 40+ miles of epic single track trails for all skill levels. Biking and/or hiking should be on the top of your list when visiting the area. Stan and Rhonda bike through town from their RV campsite at Fort Wilkins State Park West Campground and head to Hunter's Point Park. Here you can do several hikes for free and see Copper Harbor from a different perspective as the trail takes you out onto a peninsula. You can hike all the way to Plimpton Point and have the views of Lake Superior on one side and Copper Harbor on the other. Next, Stan and Rhonda pick up a bike map ( NOT FREE ;) and take an intermediate mountain bike trail around Lake Fanny Hooe. What an experience to see so much beautiful scenery. If biking is not your thing then take a hike around the lake. The scenery is just as beautiful and enjoyable for all ages. Stan and Rhonda spend their last morning lakeside with a breakfast croissant, coffee and donuts. The serenity and peacefulness of Copper Harbor Michigan will always be branded on the hearts of Over The Hill Adventures. Don't miss this place in your travels!
