About This Video:

I talk about my first try at a World Ninja League Tier 1 competition in this video! I had previously done WNL Tier 2 competitions at Dexterity Depot, but Tier 1 is harder! This is from my Masters Female Run at The WNL Tier 1 Course at Dexterity Depot on March 23, 2024.

I talk through how long I've been training to be a ninja warrior, then I take you through the competition video to talk about how I did on each obstacle. At the end I show off some redemption time obstacles and how I did.
