In this Christmas cracker, I take you behind the scenes and show what it's like to be a footballer on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, the most special time of the year.

We go inside the Watford FC training ground and hear from Nathaniel Chalobah and bah humbug Will Hughes while I then race back home to watch the kids unwrap their presents. You get to see what thing of beauty I had for Christmas dinner and whether I had ketchup or not.

There is the usual Fantasy Football selection dilemma when I go big and bold and use my Triple Captain; the GoPro in the goal as per usual; an incredible tackle from Adam Masina and then a unique insight into the dressing room after a Championship win over Norwich City when we sing Sweet Caroline. Love it.
