The Tom Andes Quartet performs an Andes original, "Mr. Smooth," at the 2022 Mo Jazz Music Festival. Jazz Forward Initiative creates the Mo Jazz Music Festival every year and provides it free, open to the public, and family friendly to anyone who would like to attend.
