No oven! Free of gelatin and eggs! Very soft and delicious dessert!
NECESSARY MATERIALS
For the pudding;
1 cup of flour (120 grams).
2 tablespoons of starch (38 grams).
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar (90 grams).
5 glasses of milk (1 liter).
1 tablespoon of butter (14 grams).
1 packet of vanilla sugar (5 grams).
For the edge;
Hazelnut kernels (100 grams).
Coconut (50 grams).
For the ganache;
Chocolate (60 grams).
White chocolate (60 grams).
To decorate;
Strawberry.
