05.09.2022 - From The 2nd Year To The 4th Year After Hijrah

[00:50] The 3 Battles Of Badr
[01:19] 2 AH: (الْأُوْلَى الْبَدْر غَزْوَةُ ) The First Battle Of Badr.
[01:50] Karaz Ibn Jābir, a Mushrik planned to attack and usurp the camels of the Muslims in Madīnah
[02:23] Information was given to Muḥammad ﷺ that Karaz Ibn Jābir and the camels were in Badr.
[03:27] (الْكُبْرَى الْبَدْر غَزْوَةُ) The Main Battle of Badr
[03:40] (الْآخِرَة الْبَدْر غَزْوَةُ) The Third Battle Of Badr. This occurred after the Battle Of Uḥud.
[04:02] Abū Sufyān, who was a Mushrik at that time, said they had an appointment in the same place next year.
[05:51] 2 AH: (الْكُبْرَى الْبَدْر غَزْوَةُ) The Main Battle of Badr
[06:05] The prophet ﷺ heard of the caravans that carried great wealth.
[07:17] The kuffār of Quraysh set out with about 900-1000 warriors.
[09:13] The believers (Muslims) had only 313 warriors.
[09:21] They only had 70 camels and 2 horses.
[10:49] The day before the battle Muḥammad ﷺ began to say ‘so and so, the son of so and so will die here tomorrow.’
[11:24] ʿAbdullāh Ibn Masʿūd said, ‘by Allāh not one of those bodies died except in the place that the prophet ﷺ mentioned they would die.’

[11:38] Allāh Sent The Angels To Help The Muslims.
[11:40] When the battle ensued, Allāh sent a battalion of Malā’ikah
[13:07] Allāh sent the believers a tremendous victory during this battle.
[13:31] Many of the notables of Quraysh died and were thrown into a well during the battle of Badr.
[15:00] Quraysh vowed to avenge what had taken place during the Battle of Badr the following year.

[15:05] 3 AH: The Battle of Uḥud
[15:11] The following year Abū Sufyān gathered an army of around 3000 warriors.
[16:57] The prophet ﷺ placed a number of archers on a small mountain called Jabal Al-Rumāh.
[17:50] The prophet ﷺ commanded the archers not to come down from the mountain regardless of what occurs.
[23:07] 3 AH: Waḥshī Ibn Ḥarb killed Hamzah Ibn ʿAbdul Muṭṭalib during the Battle of Uḥud.
[23:43] The prophet ﷺ was struck in his helmet with a sword
[23:56] Some of the chain-mail from his helmet pierced his cheek.
[25:24] 10 companions stood in front of the messenger ﷺ to protect him and each of these 10 companions were killed.
[27:07] Shayṭān called out saying, ‘indeed Muḥammad has been killed.’
[28:35] Anas Ibn An-Naḍr said to Saʿd Ibn Muʿādh, ‘Indeed I find the frangrance of Jannah in the direction of Uḥud,’
[29:12] and fought fiercly until he was struck with over 70 wounds before he died.
[31:52] ʿAbdullāh Ibn Ubay Ibn Salūl, the leader of the munāfiqūn spoke to a group of the army and took around 300 wariors with him that left the battlefield.
[35:53] Abū Sufyān and the Quraysh set an appointment for the following year in Badr, [36:31] But they did not turn up for the battle.
[37:02] Jibrīl ﷺ commanded the Muslims to go to a place called Ḥamrā’ Al-Asad to prepare for another battle, although it did not ensue.
[41:08] 3 AH: Muḥammad ﷺ married Ḥafṣah bint ʿUmār Ibn Al-Khaṭṭāb after the Battle of Uḥud.

[45:29] 4 AH: A number of Sarāyah and raiding missions took place.

[45:55] 4 AH. The Raiding Party of Ar-Rajīʿ
[46:09] 2 tribes betrayed the messenger ﷺ
[46:30] These 2 tribes asked Muḥammad ﷺ to send some individuals to teach them. [47:04] Muḥammad ﷺ sent some companions to these tribes and they were betrayed and ultimately killed.

[48:02] 4 AH. Banū Naḍīr (A Jewish tribe in Madīnah), broke the pact that they made with the messenger of Allāh ﷺ
[49:10] The pact ensured that Banū Naḍīr would be protected, but that they would have to participate in protecting Madīnah If the need to do so arose.
[50:13] The prophet ﷺ sent a riding party to Banū Naḍīr and they were encompassed for a number of days.
[50:28] 4 AH: Muḥammad ﷺ expelled Banū Naḍīr from Madīnah after they broke their trust. [50:36] Banū Naḍīr then took up residence in the area of Khaybar.

[51:07] 4 AH: The death of ʿAbdullāh Ibn ʿUthmān from the daughter of the prophet ﷺ, Ruqayyah.

[51:32] 4 AH: The last Battle of Badr.
[52:29] The 3rd Battle of Badr was effectively nullified.

[52:43] 4 AH. The death of the ṣaḥābah Abī Salamah in the month of Jumād Al-Ūlá.
[54:13] 4 AH: The prophet ﷺ proposed to Umm Salamah in the month of Shawwāl and married her in the same year.

[55:17] 4 AH. The prophet ﷺ commissioned Zayd Ibn Thābit to learn the language of the Yahūd, Hebrew,in order to look into the Jewish books if the prophet ﷺ needed to do so.
