I'll also go over them in detail in the video, but I'll write down the overview of the points I plan on discussing. You should look out for the following:
- Direction of the Unit
- How close your unit is to other buildings
- Water Pressure / Temperature
- Ventilation in your unit
- Noise
- Cabinet Space
- Density of apartment
- Mail / Package handling
- Security in the building

and make sure to bring these and keep these in mind:
- Furniture Measurement
- Take a Video of your Unit
- Read Google/Yelp Reviews and talk to the neighbors!
- Average Utility Cost
- Concession / Promotions
