Trifecta ready-to-eat meals are designed to be heated quickly and easily, so the best method will depend on your personal preference and the equipment you have available. For the air fryer, you want to line the tray with foil for a faster clean-up and spray with oil. Set the temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, add your protein 1st, and heat that alone for the 1st 4 minutes. Add the remaining components of your dish and heat for another 4 to 6 minutes. The air fryer will work best for meal prep proteins. For optimal flavor, heat meal prep vegetables and starches together for four to six minutes. For the stovetop, for the best results, always use on a non-stick pan. Preheat your pan over high heat, spray with oil, or add 1 teaspoon of oil and spread it throughout the pan. Add your proteins 1st and sear for one to two minutes per side, adjusting the heat to medium-high. After flipping your protein, add the rest of the ingredients and warm for another 2 to 3 minutes. This method works perfectly for any meal plan or meal prep option. For the oven ideally, A countertop oven will work best. Line an oven-safe dish with foil or parchment paper and spray with oil. Transfer the meal to an oven-safe dish and preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Set a timer for 10 to 12 minutes and transfer the tray into the oven once preheated. For the best results, rotate your dish halfway through the total heating time. For the microwave, we want to preface that though incredibly convenient and equally as effective, this heating method tends to be slightly more aggressive on the food and may risk overcooking without yielding any caramelization. You want to peel off the film and set the timer for 2 minutes at 80 % power. Carefully remove the tray from the microwave and eat from the tray or remove the tray onto a plate and enjoy.
