Frank Cullotta was a technical advisor on the movie casino. In real life he was Tony Spilotro's best friend and accomplice. Frank was a career criminal, master thief, and hitman. He entered witness protection in 1982 after becoming a government witness. The Frank Marino character in the movie casino played by Frank Vincent is based on Frank Cullotta.
