This creamy Avocado Jalapeño Ranch Dressing is the perfect topping for your favorite salad, but it also goes great on everything...tacos, burritos, it's even great as a dip. Best of all, it's so easy to make. Read on for the recipe.

Avocado Jalapeño Ranch Dressing

2 medium ripe avocados
1 jalapeño, stem & seeds removed
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. sour cream
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (you can use more if you want it runnier)
1/2 tsp. red chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Put all ingredients in food processor or blender and pureé until you have a smooth dressing. If you like your dressing more runny, add more lime juice. If you like it thicker, add more avocado or sour cream. It's that simple, and oh so delicious! Hope you enjoy it.
