In this video at Southerndown Golf Club, Glamorgan I take on Mr Barlow over 3 stunning holes playing one of our favourite Golf Games. We play a NEW GOLF format called BACK TO THE FUTURE each player has a Marty Mcfly or Doc brown card which can be played once, making their opponent play the same shot again, example use when hit a great shot or holed a putt.
Golf has been played at Southerndown since 1905 and the Club is steeped in golfing history. As well as holding a number of national championships, Southerndown is also home to the Duncan Putter, a tournament for the elite players in the UK and Europe, held at the start of the golfing season in April.
The club boasts a very strong membership for all ages and welcomes many visitors year on year to enjoy the club facilities.
The Clubhouse features glorious views from the bars, lounge and restaurant across the 1st Tee, to the undulating course landscape with an amazing back drop of the Merthyr Mawr Warren National Nature Reserve and Ogmore Estuary.
