Lisa had rotator cuff surgery a few months ago, and she's now sharing her story of how she's recovering and living full-time in an RV. In this video, she talks about her experience with the surgery, the challenges of recovering while living in a small space, and her tips for other RVers who are facing a similar situation.

Finding a comfortable way to sleep
Showering without getting her arm wet
Cooking and cleaning without putting too much strain on her shoulder
Staying active and preventing her shoulder from getting stiff

Here are some of her tips for other RVers who are recovering from rotator cuff surgery:

Get a recliner or sofa bed that you can sleep in comfortably.
Ice, Ice, Ice is your best friend
Cook and clean in small batches to avoid getting tired.
Take breaks often and do gentle exercises to keep your shoulder moving.
