When Jalen moved from the US to the UK almost 10 years ago, he lived in the thriving cultural city of Liverpool - home of icons like The Beatles, Elvis Costello, Echo & The Bunnymen, Frankie Goes To Hollywood to name a few. It's no surprise then that his sound is shaped by the 60s and 70s - and 'Come Around and Love Me' is the title track from the latest album, released via the legendary American label Daptone. His powerful vocal delivery soars across the track, and every time we listen to him we're transported forward and backwards at the same time.
