Pro-Putin Hungary blocked a joint EU statement on an arrest warrant issued against Vladimir Putin by the International Criminal Court, reported by Bloomberg. As a result of Budapest's action, EU's foreign policy chief Josep Borrell was reportedly forced to publish a statement on his behalf on the ICC warrant. Earlier, Hungary also rejected EU justice ministers' statement in support of the ICC investigation. According to Bloomberg, Hungary 'may express' its position on the ICC warrant against Putin at the next EU summit, which will be held in Brussels on March 23-24. Watch this video for details.
