The video is concentrating on the process of raising the toilet flange 1/4 above the floor in order to install the Fluidmaster Rubber toilet sealed. It explains the need of raising the toilet flange about the floor and the important of sealing the toilet flange with the toilet base properly. The video show how to attache a 1/4 of an inch flange repair ring into a concrete floor. 1/4 in. I am using a 1/4" inch Flange Extension Ring to resolve the issue
