Situated in an historical neighborhood of São Paulo, Brazil, a 600 sqm apartment situated in a memorable building underwent a comprehensive renovation after almost 45 years of remaining unchanged since its last update. The project aimed to create a seamlessly integrated and fluid space, centered around a "core" comprising social elevators, a guest bathroom, service circulation, and a central ventilation and lighting shaft. The owners carefully selected Brazilian-designed furniture, spanning from modernist to contemporary, as the foundation of their collection. Dive into In Loco with FGMF!
