Black ish Star Anthony Could PAY EX WIFE $20,000 Per Month

Anthony Anderson has been ordered to pay his ex-wife, Alvina Stewart, a monthly spousal support of $20,000, with the potential for an increase based on his future income, according to a divorce judgment issued on Wednesday.

The judgment stipulates that if Anthony Anderson's annual earnings surpass $2 million, he will be obligated to pay an additional 20 percent of his income on top of the $20,000 monthly spousal support.

Additionally, the judgment outlines the division of assets between the former couple. Anthony Anderson will retain ownership of their 2004 Land Rover and their home in Encino, California. In contrast, Alvina Stewart will keep their shared residence in Houston, Texas, and the 2022 Mazda they owned.

The judgment also addresses a shared asset – a pair of burial plots at Inglewood Park Cemetery. These plots are to be sold, and the proceeds will be divided equitably between Anthony Anderson and Alvina Stewart.

Notably, Stewart had initially filed for divorce in September 2015, seeking primary custody of their two children, Kyra and Nathan, both of whom are now adults, as well as spousal support. However, in 2017, she withdrew her divorce petition, and the couple decided to reconcile. It wasn't until March 2022 that Stewart once again filed for the dissolution of their marriage, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the grounds for their separation.

In a recent divorce judgment, actor Anthony Anderson has been directed to provide his ex-wife, Alvina Stewart, with a monthly spousal support payment of $20,000. Notably, this amount could see an increase contingent upon Anderson's future earnings. The court ruling specifies that if Anthony Anderson's annual income surpasses the $2 million mark, he will be liable for an additional 20 percent of his income in addition to the baseline $20,000 monthly spousal support.

Beyond the spousal support arrangement, the divorce judgment also meticulously delineates the division of assets between the former couple. Anthony Anderson is slated to maintain ownership of their 2004 Land Rover and their Encino, California home. In contrast, Alvina Stewart is set to retain possession of their jointly-owned residence in Houston, Texas, as well as their 2022 Mazda vehicle.

Moreover, the judgment addresses a shared asset of sentimental significance – a pair of burial plots at Inglewood Park Cemetery. These burial plots will be liquidated, and the proceeds from the sale are to be distributed equitably between Anthony Anderson and Alvina Stewart.

It's noteworthy that Alvina Stewart had initially initiated divorce proceedings back in September 2015, wherein she sought primary custody of their two children, Kyra and Nathan, both of whom have since transitioned into adulthood. Her initial filing also included a request for spousal support. However, in 2017, she opted to withdraw her divorce petition, marking a period of reconciliation between the couple. The decision to once again seek the dissolution of their marriage materialized in March 2022, with the grounds for separation cited as "irreconcilable differences."
