Hello! Have you got problems with your PC after setting it up and installing Windows where you can't access you internet? That's annoying and I've had it happen a few times so I'm here with a couple of tips to help you out.

The issue is usually down to issues with your Wi-Fi and ethernet drivers. They often don't come pre-installed on the motherboard, so when you boot into Windows those things just won't work as they should which can be really annoying. The fix is to download the drives from the manufacturers website. So you'll need to first know what motherboard you have and then head over to the relevant site and look for the Wi-Fi and LAN drivers. This is obviously not something you can do with your new PC as you don't have internet! Not to worry as you can always go to the site on your phone.

The other issue might be down to the antennae. There are usually antennae included with your motherboard that are designed to be screwed into the motherboard and help to boost the signal. If you don't use these then sometimes your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth might not work at all or will be really sporadic. So be sure to use this, especially if your PC is installed some distance from your router.
