Luca then meets alberto another sea fish who claims to live in the surface and even has a tree house, they both go to the italian city of portorosso in the italian riviera, here they try to get a vespa but they have to win a race to get it, here luca, alberto and giulia go through amazing adventures but there are many secrets that you've not seen.
