After N is defeated by the player, N will realize that people must learn to accept the ideas of others. Ghetsis soon appears and talks (down) to N. Cheren and Alder suddenly show up, and then the real plan of Team Plasma gets revealed to them, too. Ghetsis will then challenge you to a battle.

Type Weaknesses and Immunities:

Cofagrigus is weak to Ghost and Dark; it's immune to Normal and Fighting.
Bouffalant is weak to Fighting; it is immune to Ghost.
Eelektross has no weakness and is immune to Ground due to Levitate.
Seismitoad is weak to Grass (4x) only. It has an Electric immunity.
Bisharp is weak to Fighting (4x), Fire, and Ground. It is immune to both Psychic and Poison (status and type).
Hydreigon is weak to Dragon, Ice, Fighting, and Bug. It is immune to Psychic.

After the battle, Alder will explain to N that, despite not agreeing earlier, that doesn't mean that they cannot work together. Ghetsis is soon taken away by Cheren and Alder. N stays and reveals to you more about himself. After meeting you in Accumula Town so long ago, and noticing that your Pokémon actually liked you, he began to doubt his beliefs and those of Team Plasma. As he journeyed, he met and saw more and more Pokémon like yours; those that enjoyed being with their Trainers. He tells you to follow your dreams and bids you farewell...

The credits will then roll, and you'll see N fly off on Zekrom/Reshiram.
