In episode 7 of our series From Suit To Shoot, Kirby finally makes it to the holy grail of gun makers, James Purdey & Sons. This historic company is a British gunmaker based in London, specializing in high-end bespoke sporting shotguns and rifles. Purdey holds three Royal Warrants of appointment as gun and rifle makers to the British and other European royal families.

There is no one better suited to helping Kirby select the perfect guns for a shoot up in Scotland than Purdey. Luckily, their director of gun sales, Andrew Ambrose, was on hand to walk Kirby through their incredible history dating back to 1814! Then it was time to look at some of their amazing guns.
